Customer Service turned a problem into a good experience. Within a few days after delivery, my new motor home would not start. The RV dealers don't handle these issues. I took it to Coyle for a new starter under warranty, it is a 2017 Chevrolet Express cutaway chassis. A few weeks later, and hundreds of miles from home, the replacement starter failed. I was stuck at a campsite, with no option but an on-site repair from a truck center. It was a costly repair, but it was necessary to save our vacation and return trip. To their credit, Coyle and GM reimbursed me for the repair, since I was unable to get the vehicle into a GM service center. When things didn't go perfect, they did make it right.

JP was my wife and mine salesman. We bought a Chevy sonic then a few day later we bought a Chevy cruze. Both car are really nice and I believe we paid a fair price for them. JP keep us entertained and made sure we got what we wanted. We did our finance paper work with Joel. He was just as friendly as JP. He went over the paper work and didn't rush us at all.
